A little update on the truck: I have my timing chain kit from engnbldr.com I will be installing that today, along with the trd stage 1 cam. My tach adapter for my crane cams multispark ignition is on the way. I have all the new front suspension parts (ball joints and tie rods) so now I can get started on the front static drop using supra spindles and brakes. I got a 4in rear drop kit coming from beefed taco (streetacos.com). I have to change my rear engine seal and I might as well install a new clutch kit since the x-mission will be removed. I think thats it

 

Sweet project dude! We almost got a 77 hilux conversion cab. Can't wait to see it dumped.

I've been thinking about cleaning up the engine bay. The motor is out, so I might as well. Thanks for the compliments! Oh, I found out the cylinders have been bored .040!

 

I finished up the motor and it drives nice! I also lowered the rear today using the 4" rear drop kit from streetacos.com The kit is awesome and well worth the money!

 

Got the interior stripped out to fix some cancer, apply por-15, sound deadening, alarm and a booming system! I also lowered the front via a ball joint flip and toyota supra spindles. All new ball joints and inner and outer tie rods, also painting the rims!

 

Looking good. The wheels look awesome. I am liking the big steelies.
