i'd just drill the front clip out and replace it with a donor. assuming the frame is straight and the inner fenders crumpling prevented the cab from tweaking..

 

well I had the adjuster come today and check everything out.. he couldn't manipulate his computer program enough to fix the truck... but since I have like $10k in receipts for parts., he is going to file it as a specialty vehicle and they are going to try and calculate the worth of the truck.

ill keep you guys posted, and remember to keep your receipts.

if you really wanna save it, it can be saved. if your frame is good as you said it was then i would, mines was almost like yours and i spent too much money just to trash it or part it out so i saved it. took me 1 week to get it done! i know how you feel!

 

im with you on that one man, if i had that much in my truck i would never get rid of it.

pretty basic wreck for these cut out the doghouse snap in another and fix any gutz within and drive it off
