ok I figured this was a good place to ask and not start a new thread

I just put my 4wd fenders on and I went to bolt on my bumper and its not wide enough I have the one peace chrome bumper and I'd like to keep it
so do I have to go with the 3 peace with the black plastic ends

if I swap to the 89 newer front bumper do I have to have the 4wd or is the 2wd wide enough

if you want it to stick out like the 2wd did with the old fenders then you have to get the 4x4 bumper since its wider

so do the center 2 brackets on the 89 newer come close to where the center brackets are on the pre 88 or is it easier to start with out brackets and just make my own and will the one peice 4wd bumper clear my fenders or will I need to notch it to clear

I hope every ones following along with all my questions because I'm try'n to figure out if its easier to swap to the 89 later bumper that I found out I have(just got to go get) or hunt down the right bumper

Go to www.candospecialties.com and select 'custom bumpers' on the list. Those conversion brackets you are typing about are in there. There is a picture to refer to.
