i got stopped at a border patrol check point on sunday. the three people in front of me had to show i.d's. i pulled up and the agent said, "you from america?". i said yep and he waived me thru.. another time i was rolling in my s-10 and they came up behind me in the next lane and stayed there. i stuck my arm out the window and they immediatly passed me!

 

I'm not in montclair anymore.. I'm in pomona.. my mom lives in montclair though... benson

currrent idea i'm working on 77 on my 86 (love dual head lights)
its just sitting there at the moment will shave corners to fit and also make mod to bonnent....have the whole firewall there.
Will use autoloc head lights with the idicators in them.
havnt worked what i wana do wih the grill yet :/ ideas please!!

I almost got left at the border once... Dad and I went down to TJ for dental work (had no insurance) and he forgot my birth ceritificate. I was 12-13, and I'm all white. Why did that guard want me to stand there with her until dad came back with a birth certificate? I don't know, but it was weird. I had to answer some questions before she let us drive off... just basic "where do you live? What's your phone number? What's his name? Is he really your dad?" BS.

 

u kno the 4wd bumper will fit that grill thats there right now because of how it dips in the middle... just an idea

 

True, 4WD bumpers stick out further, mostly because of their mounting brackets, but should work nonetheless.

i just went a lil over board on my lifted celica




all of the older yota's (pre 80) had round headlights, mostly in pairs. so theres a ton of different grill and light setups to choose from. but i think that hilux grill would be sick.
