Went to clean the koi pond. Found the previous occupants of the house had some leftover gravel from landscaping...

remarkably enough it's not actually on the bump stops...maybe 1/16" from them though. I did feel bad about the springs frowning so I lifted it enough to put some jack stands under the hitch.

Luckily this isn't my only vehicle.

I bought my truck to help with hauling yard waste and junkyard parts runs.
My front yard has 6 oak trees. In the Fall, when my truck was running I would pack the truck like this "twice" with bags of leaves once a week for 4-6 weeks.

The cheapest way to lower the rear I've found is to buy firewood.

6k total over the trucks empty weight between the trailer, cargo, and stuff in the bed. Like I said the trailer had brakes and i never went over 60...much. Towing is as much about not being retarded as having a truck so big it doesn't notice 6k lbs extra swaying in a crosswind at 85mph.

I threw a bmx bike on the rack for ****s and giggles. Used radiator hose clamps til I find the right stuff again. Has a flat back tire but that's my main ride. No brakes lol. Tried to get a pic in the bigger part of the yard (we have 5 acres) and I backed it off a grass shelf an got stuff. Was laying frame front to back lol. Had to jack it way up and wedge blocks in the frame/axle gap AND put the tires on 4x6s AND spin tire to get off. ****in low riders

Stock springs, stock height. Didn't air up the shocks, never left the property.

My back still hurts. oh the joys of home ownership. (just bought the place and dug out the koi pond)
