who can hack this place ?! lol, someone who can hack and give a few people mod status would help a lot
i dont think we should give up on this forum yet guys, but if someone does decide to make a new forum i will definitely be down but until then i think we should focus on improving this one the best we can
im still kind of new here but i'd like to be a mod... i made a free site a while back but no one ever joined, lol...
to the "new" guys- this is not something new, it did not just happen, you just finally noticed. it wont change, nobody cares. this is the 5th or 6th version of this thread, pops up about every 6mo or so. if any of you are serious about starting a new site. as in $40+ serious. send a e-mail to me @ [email protected] please put "new toyota site" in the header ill get the .com/.net/.org and set it up and it will run until the money runs out. but i dont have the time to manage it, with donation comes mod powers. original donation allows actual control on forming and organizing the forum from the start. but to make sure this doesnt fall on its face, ill need like 5+ donors off the bat. ill donate as well but with that many i can have the bills paid for 2+ YEARS!!! the more you donate the longer it goes, i will post bills and payments publicly for mods so there is no BS. here is my car club forum, i really need to tweak it a lil more, the software is really cool. but i dont have much time and theres only like 5 active users, we talk more in person then on the net, so i dont really care. kinda my "build thread vault" if you will. but this is the software we'll use, unless there is more then expected donors. i promise FAR more effort on the setup of a new yota site. www.blacksheepauto.com now you guys have a loaded sawzall, you gonna cut?
How much of a pain would it be to move all the "good" content from here over to another site. I'm talking about the quality write ups, guy's build threads, you know the useful stuff!
I can get the domain if we come up with a name. I already have vBulliten 4.0.6 so that's not an issue.
