"White Trash" the older trucks are harder to come by. Its wierd to see one for less that $2000. Sh!t a 84-88 still goes for about 3Gs!

Grant and Kristian- I thought about offering cash, just so he doesnt feel like he lost anything. Free sounds really good. But a couple hundred for a truck still aint bad. Needa get some cash together so i can go makehim an offer

Damn I guess that explains all the messicans up here buying a couple toyota trucks and flat towing one back down south. I thought about doing that as a business but I'd rather keep a bunch of them to myself and build them for other people up here. :D

Not the ones from my side of the state... From the cascade mountains east it's all desert. Everyone thinks WA is all rainy and dreary, that's just the west side where everything is either rusty or covered in moss. ;)

Ya in Cali yotas go for alot. I was lucky to get mine for 2500$. He wanted 3500 but I had cash. Even 4runners with blown motors are goin for $2500 it's ridiculous

They are very rare up here in the Midwest. Foreign vehicles are still frowned upon up here in WI because of so many Union American plants. I looked for over a year to find mine and it was $3500. I would never have paid that if it wasn't for 32k orig miles. I would prob buy elsewhere and either pick it up or ship it.

so last week i went to see the old dude for the truck again. i went to make a cash offer and he basically told me to **** off in the nicest way possible.

Although he did offer me a kit for the truck. He has the fender flares, valance, and flares for the bed. he wont let em go unless i roll up in a 2nd gen hilux tho.

    Oh well the search continues..

You could build that Hardbody. I mean I know it's not a Toyota but it's still cool. :)

honestly im still debating if i want to throw the 3000+ into this one to bag it.

if i keep it itl probly just be my DD. so reliability would be crucial
