    couple of things today ..
got the seat belts installed / mocked up
I do have to still plate the mouinting bolts on the floor , but I will do that when I have the cab off .

also removed the air intake muffler , and made a pipe . this pipe diameter is 2.75" and seems no one in town has .

    aligned , and welded

How exactly did you mount that fan? Directly on the radiator, or did you make some custom mounts?

I'm enjoying this thread... Keep up the b****en work bro!:waytogo:

hey 88, when u buy an electric fan kit they come with these plastic rods similiar to a zip ty but they work in a straight line. you just put the fan where you want it, slip the rods thru the fins they put on the little caps and cinch down.

so spent a few bucks today ...
bought some shop tools and consumables , and some dollies . I wanted to put some tires and wheels on it , and the dollies will just make it that much more maneuverable ..

so .. I put the shoes on for mock up (they dont fit quite right as they hit the calipers) and got it on the dollies .. also got the fiber fenders set on to check the body computer box clearance .. fits perfect :) , so now I can weld that ....

so now I can push it around the shop .. I thought I would do a full body mock up ... hehehe .... enjoy .. I did

How much more is left to complete? Doesn't look like too much, am I right?

Extremely impressive build quality you have there.. wrapping your wires with this style loom is the only other thing I could ask for.

So what do you figure you spend per night or per week working on it? You seem to get a ****load done in such a short time!
