speakers and all that? im goin with two 12" kicker subs, 4" mb quartz speakers sound components, but idk bout my 6x9s and 6.5"s
My system will consist of: head unit http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product.php?model=CDA-9886 door speakers http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product.php?model=SPX-17REF subs (2) http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product.php?model=SWX-1043D amp for door speakers http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product.php?model=PDX-2.150 amp for subs http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product.php?model=PDX-1.1000 If you're just gonna run two 12's you could get away with a pair of 6 1/2" components in the doors &, but if you wanted you could add a pair of 4" coaxes in the dash. I don't have any speakers in my dash anymore. Either way it would sound killer. What subs you goin with?
teh kicker CVRs but im gonna get an amp for the subs too jus dnt knwo which one, amp for my mids and highs
i want something thats gonna make them hit and i want my his and mids to be clear, so idk which amp to get for those or watts for either amp but id like both amps to b the same
If you wanted to stay Kicker, I'd say the ZX750.1 or ZX1000.1 for the subs. As far as the mids & highs, it depends on what thier RMS power ratings are.
bitchin, i got this spot in LA that i can get it super cheap like 60 for each sub the fun part is gonna be makin a custom box thatll fit it all behind my bench lol luckily i kno how i wanna do it so its just measuring right and fitting it till i get money for a bed box
Thats gonna be a very tight fit. Specially for 12's. In my old '93 I put two 8's behind the seat and had to move the bench up 1 or 2 clicks. The 12's are gonna take alot more room.
yea my 6x9s and and door speakers and dash speakers make my truck knock... if anything i can just get one sub and my mids and highs idk i gotta do my bodywork first lol sounds are a long way from now... how much do bed boxes usually run tho nowadays?
If you wanted bass really bad you could do a shallow 10". But it wouldn't be able to handle the power the CVR's can. but why waste the money when you could get what you really want. I'm gonna be about $800-1,000 into mine. Thats even having friends do it, but thats including cutting the hole in the cab, putting a boot on to wheather proof it & everything from start to finish.
yup id rather wait. just do my body work and interior then by then i should hopefully be able to get a new truck to tow my dirtbike in wut u mean a boot?
When they cut the cab & the bed they put a rubber boot around it to seal it. It kinda looks like an accordion. Truck accessory shops use 'em sometimes when putting shells on trucks for the slider window so you can have the slider open into the shell.
oh yea i know what ur talking about now yea i forgot about that lol so still aint found nothin for ur job opportunity?
