    I would unplug the cluster first, then throw a fuse in to see if it blows. Doing that will check to see if the cluster is bad. If the fuse does not blow with the cluster unplugged then you have a bad cluster.

    If you want you could also, you could unplug the cluster, then put a fuse in it. If the fuse does not blow plug the cluster back in to see if blows.

    I would definitly try it.

    blows=something else
    no blow= bad cluster
    Right

    Rajah, one more thing.
    My spedo stopped working before i got the truck. Could that be a sgin that the cluster is going?
    And do i unplug all of them?

    I never really looked at it when i pulled it out, i was just tripping out at what it looked like. Looking at the pic, i cant see any burn marks

    Maybe when i pull the plugs one could be burnt or something.

    The speedo could also be the speedo cable, if these trucks have them. Not sure if they have a cable or are electronic. If they are electronic, yes it could then.

    If you ever come down you better let me know. If i get bored tomorrow ill go take a drive and take some pics for you, all the freeways that go through the mountian are pretty much the same, long road to the tunnels.

    Oh definitly, I'd let ya know. Hopefully come down when they have a truck run also. :D

    It looks like the roads are long from the images on google maps.

    The roads are, but there full of potholes and super crappy. We also got a law where 30mph over the speed limit is excessive speeding and you can get arrested/SR22/crap, so yeah, and the limit is only 55mph in most places.

    jus being bored outta my head didnt wanna deal with the club prez tonight so i passed on the meeting so now im bored here at home... but good news is i talked to the guy whos gonna install my caddies n spray my truck, hes gettin together an estimate for me
