I applied for car audio install or sales. When they called me they said the only thing that was open was part time in Portable Electronics, like cameras and mp3 players. There might be a little car audio sales as well.

btw, I've decided on what system to go with.

Well thats a good start, then if anything you could switch areas and since you already know a lot that will be a great help.

You figured it out for sure? I read a few pages back your gonna bag the truck, so i guess you had to redo the system?

Yep, a buddy of mine and test fitted it last nite with his sub. I'm gonna run Alpine's Type-R components in the doors running off thier small V-Power 4 ch bridged to 2. Then invert a Type-R 10" between the seats running off the V-power 500 mono amp. The sub will be sittin low, almost to the floor. So we are gonna build an armrest coming out of the face of the sub box and will sit right above the sub. Then the center console will come back from the dash then dip down under the sub.

Oh sweet so your not going to do the blow through anymore?

Sounds like a sick idea with the arm rest and center counsole intergrated into it.

No bedbox. Figured it would be easier to do the bag setup that way. Plus, I don't have the money to keep competing against some of spl guys around here. I just want something that sounds good and can get loud.

Well, I'm gonna go to his house so we can figure the box out. I'll talk to ya later. Josh.

Right, right i understand. I rather have bags then a blow through anyways.

Heres what i eventually plan to do. Get air/train horns with a compressor and small tank. Hook up a release switch to the tank and drive around going pssh. psssh just like i got bags. Woot

Heres my motivation for doing that.

Once i went on a truck cruise. Had choke trucks. I pulled in bumping my sounds and ended up next to a dime bumping his. He thought he was bad ass bobbing his head bumping his jams, so i turned mines up. He turned his up so i turned mines up smiling at him. Eventually his couldnt keep up with mines so he started hitting his switches and he turned his down. I was proud i shut him down but didnt have bags.

Now when i do that air horn by-pass switch, i will outslam him and when he hits his bags i going hit my little button and he going think i get bags and watching my truck for see whats happening. Hahahahaha

Oahu, your bumper still not lining up right? loosen up the 14mm bolts on the bottom and play around with the fitment, then tighten

Naw i got it to line up now. Yeah i had to loosen the brackets to get it to fit. By that time i was all irrtated though that i had to bolt and unbolt everything, the valance, etc, so i just threw the stock bumper back on. One day ill go back and swap them out though since i know how now
