i found an 18r for the hilux on craigslist.... unfortunately its in seattle.......

nice yota, i'm thinking of ripping the motor and trans out of the 79 and putting it in the hilux.... i'm getting desperate. i've even been thinking of putting in a small block chevy just to get it moving.

The black one i really dont know. I dont think so though. The white one might be, or someone was hitting switches as he passed. You want pics of bags? hold on i got one for you.

Oh also thats how it is down here, straight static drop. Thats why bds and stuff is extreme

 

the previous owner of the hilux said it ran, but the exhaust manifold is missing. i've cranked over. it has good compression. it should run.

i also have another 79 (black one) it doesn't have a motor or trans.

i wish i could find a badass 4 banger with boost to put in the hilux.

the light blue Datsun in the second pic has a turbo diesel

Those are the guys from a local club called Meticulous Details. I'd probably roll with the guys from Freaks, I like them better. They just don't come downtown that much.
