but usually by the time i reach the end of first gear, they'll go through at least 3 gears...


I can't remember... but did i post this before? idk..

but one night i had my cousin (135 lbs) and my friend (200+ something lbs) with me... so about 335+lbs of weight, and include all windows open.... so alot of drag...

well im on the highway and this eclipse tries to give me a run.. well i stayed neck and neck with it!... this guy had altezza's and the fart can too.

now... if i had most of my windows up, and 335+lbs out, i could've ran that guy





or i can just use the V6 camry and own honda's hahahahaaaha


One night (the night Sonics had free floats), i had to take my friend home (she's awesome ) and i was driving teh 2001 Honda Odyssey EX V6 with 5spoke alloy 16" wheels and about 100k+ miles on it...

well on the way to drop her off, i spot this 2nd gen prelude? well i chased him down.... yes in a minivan.. and got to teh stop light

well, the guy looked like the one that goes around and be like, hey guys, look at me, i got a prelude, lets go race against someone!

Well, the light turns green and he gets a headstart and I floor it. I pulled alongside with him and by the time I hit 80mph, i'm just pulling away leaving cars lengths behind!!

Imagine that if you were him, with two of your friends, and you got dominated by some asian guy in a Odyssey with some cuteass white chick? hahaha



Then one day i was going east on the main highway on my way home... in the 1993 V6 Camry XLE... this 6th gen civic coupe with a missing rear bumper cuts me off. i pulled up next to him and he tries to floor it... you can tell by his super loud exhaust notes... annoying too..

well i just floor it and left him a few car lengths
he challenges me to a race...
pulls me onto the street...
i roll down the windows...
his friend looks pissed off...
he asks me if i'm gunna race
"yeah, why not?"
"you're gunna race in that?" :he points and laughs at the Camry... apparently he didn't see the V6 badge huh?:
"uh.. okay.. on the green light"
"Mkay man":he revs up the car to launch:
:me having an automatic.. just listening to my music..:

light hits green....

I already put it into L, so i floor it....

Left him 5 Camry lengths by the time i hit 2nd gear.....

Wow cool sig. How you did that?

And i dunno why everyone says manual is faster. Cant shift as fast as an automatic. To me the only thing is top end you can dump it, but thats just my opinion.

i raced my cousins v6 camry, yea he had a couple of ppl in his car but cmon, its a v6 lol

 

hahaha yea i hate missin convos, its a mission trying to catch up, but i only go on to see some of seth's post, i hardly ever comment like i do here, besides i brought still2hi over here to TM so it evens out

yeah yeah whatever!...lol

yeah saw the pix pretty cool...im doing ok...got home today from running errands & found sum antifreeze in my driveway...not a lot bout the size of a quarter...waited for the engine to cool off & got under to take a look...followed the antifreeze trail all the way up to behind the exhauast manifold...the last freeze plug on the driver side is leaking...not alot but is leaking....gotta go get that changed before it gets worse!!!!

 

Hopefully nothing major....

Yea, but I'm a very undecisive about waht I want to do with the system. Especially when I go to show, cause that just makes me want to bag the truck. Gonna go to the Sonic Drive-In Cruise again this saturday with some guys from Freaks of Nature, Aftermath, & Miniature Society.
