So we found a car! And this is for real, we are picking it up tomorrow. A 1989 Honda Civic Hatchback, 5 spd, a/c, with only 163,000 miles and for only $600! Not the best but hey, no payments! WOOOHOOO!!!

some guys at worked played a prank on my friend. he has a 90's civic, lowered, motor swap from japan. the little thing is pretty fast. he went to california to install some satellite tracking systems in buses, and parked his car at work. they wrote for sale on the window along with his cell number, and with runs great, cold a/c, and the big price tag of $500. at about 5:30am california time he starts calling people in az. he was pissed! he had gotten a bunch of calls from people trying to come down and buy it!!!

 

Hey Bernie, the wife & I talked about it the other night. We've decided, when we can afford it. We're gonna buy another Toyota pickup (84-95), running or not, and slowly fix it up for our oldest daughter, Taryn (7). She loves mini trucks. We're even gonna paint it pink & white, her favorite colors.

^^^ the thing is i haven't talked to him in almost two years. he cheated on my mom with a girl my age. and now she is due to have a baby in about a month. poor bastard is gunna be almost 70 before the kid is 18.......

My parents got divorced when I was 4. Didn't see him from age 7-17, ran into him at the grocery store I worked at. Saw him here and there for a year then didn't see him again til I was 23. He's been in my life since til he passed away in December.

minitruckin offers a digital issue of the mag. it costs a lot less than the paper mag. but sometimes its difficult to take the computer into the crapper to do some reading
