haha well i got a new job so now that 88 has money he can afford to drive north a bit lol but im going to SD this weekend to get some new seats and stuff for the interior so if not next weekend, the weekend after... good for both u guys?

I'm planning on heading to Indiana Auto Salvage in Corona, guy on the phone said they have plenty of Toyota 4x4's and 4Runners there. Don't know when, but I am going!

Gonna try to get a new stereo surround, my seats of course (hope they've got 'em), and hopefully a console and full mudflaps. While I'm there, I'm gonna see if I can find another grille emblem for tehsk.

San Diego's too far for my budget.

 

On a future trip, I'm gonna bring a sawzall or something to bring home newer bumper bracket mounts... both of mine are shot.

Right lost the top bracket bolt and right's nearly sheared off. Pix are on page two of my "Bent Bracket Mounts" thread under how to's. They're "before" images though, I took a hammer to them yesterday and it worked with the brackets off, but right is too damaged to use and left is stripped.

So after 6 different phones calls I finally found out where another small car show is tomorrow. I asked what the registration fee was and they said it was to late to register. I told them they need to put the word out more cause no one knew about it. You would think a Boys & Girls Club would do that. I will try and get pics, depending on whats there.

 

Sorry to hear about that. Don't worry though, there'll be more shows that you can enroll that beauty of yours in.
