The trucks looking great, giving me some more motivation for my 82, wish we lived closer, I would be asking you for some help on a few things. I love seeing mods being done to my similiar body style, makes me see things and gives me ideas I would have never thought of, thanks!

timing mainly had to get that stuff to paint to get back in time for WCN and the bumper is going to be body color (red) eventually so kinda pointless to paint it now

i got new corner lenses and new headlights so i wanted the front end to look nice with the new stuff ill shave the bumper and rattle can it for now.. also debating if i want to 1pc the bumper

 

thanks it gets spurts of attention usually before a show to change a little something to make it different from when last seen.

after wcn i would like to get the tubs in( firewall is cut no tubs) and new inner fenders to hold the whole front end together and sheet metal the bed floor before the next show in Dec.

 

i also have a dilemma. i have some 20" golden gw110 20x8 +38 they will fit with some trimming of the fender and maybe pull it some. or should i go with msr 087 black and polished which will fit a bit better being 20x7.5 +40. i have tires already

 

I would go with the black and polished with the paint you have on now. Ya there is no point in painting it if your painting it later. Nice work bro.

not sure yet something close to the red on the seat thats in there or a little darker. havnt really got as far as looking for a paint code yet lol

 

to cut or not to cut? that is the question

so pretty much if i run a 225 30 20 or 235 40 18 i will need to cut the bed, should i?

i have 20s with new rubber and i have tires for 18s id rather not buy a whole set of 18s with smaller rubber if i dont have to not sure i want to cut the bed tho

trying to buy the 18s that are on it with a shorter tire then i wouldnt have to worry

i think im just going to make the 20s work and might buy a 20x7.5 with +40 gives me a little more room to play with well see

if i narrow the axle i think the 8"wide rims will be to close to the frame
