    PICKED UP SOME PARTS FOR MY 32/36 GAS MILEAGE ON THE DUALS AINT CUTTING IT FOR DAILY DRIVEN. GOT A REBUILT KIT, SPIRAL ADAPTER FROM LC, BLOCK OFF PLATES. AFTER THE REBUILD I CLEANED UP THE CARB WAS MUCH AS I COULD. GONNA BRING MY MANIFOLD TO MY WORKING PLACE TO GET IT CLEAN IN THE PARTS CLEANER.

    What are the long metal cased bushings for? I'm thinking LCA, but not sure.

    thanks. Just read your thread also, i hate working on gravel but things have to be done...

    yeah that was for the lower control arm. Its a ****en bitch to remove the original ones without the sleeve press tool. I tried everything. I wasted 1 whole day trying to remove it. Thank god i have a job in the automotive business to borrow the tool.

    What does the sleeve press look like? I have a 12 ton shop press, but not what you're talking about I don't think.

    its like a huge c-clamp that has all kind of circle size fittings. When you try and remove the original lca bushing only the bushing will come out but the metal sleeve is gonna get stuck on the frame of the truck. All the lca bushings i did the sleeves got stuck.
