here ya go... Jack the truck up & get the weight off the front tires...make sure you use jack stands! Locate the torsion bars bracket & place a wrench on the top where the bolt nut is. On my truck-the 89-95 model there were 2 bolts so neither bolt would back itself off. I removed that top bolt first then using a socket wrench just loosen the bolt. Try to count how many times you turn the bolt lol cause it makes it easier to do the other side!! Dont turn them down too much cause it the brackets & bolts will hang down & you may hit them on something. Hope this helps & if you have any more questions then ask & Ill try to help. Donny
Excellent explanation ! Totally agree with this post, very accurate, only thing that I think I can add . . . Is to spray bolts/nuts with some wd40 or liquid wrench a few days ahead of time & let it soak in, some of our toys have seen some years LOL ! anyways, get er' done & lets see some pics http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2619563
I may try that during my Thanksgiving break! My front sits way too high! 0/3"drop ftl. I would suggest making the bolt using a marker that way you can keep track of how many times you have turned the bolt a little easier.
