got my engine in again...and got it running! i'm having problems tuning it but it does run and drive..should be able to dial it in tomorrow!

 

Got my 3.09 in today. What a pain in the ass. Had to cut the housing and custom drill my flange to accept my drive line. Ill post pics later of some of the work. Love the rpm on the freeway

yesterday, I found a new resting place for my truck.... so far I have 3 truck sized dirt patches in my yard.. its a pain in the ass moving it when it doesnt run Im going to pull the motor if I get motivated tomorrow.

 

FCK MAN!!! I wana go to one of his shows. but dam all the nearest ones are hours away. IM just waiting on his new album

 

Well I was on my way to a show & blew rear drivers side tire @ 70 MPH,no rim or truck damage!
Spent 5 hours sitting @ a Big o waiting on tires,all 4 were @ their wear marks.
Good thing the cooler was full!

today i push the lolux out so i could put a 4runner front clip on a customer toyota truck

 

ebay. there was a package deal with the tails, corners, and blinkers for $130

 

i put the low bump stops on from beefed taco. now im just trying to decide on when to finish ripping the truck motor out and getting it ready for the new one.

 

today i took my truck on its first "cruise" We drove up the pacific coast highway to a taco shop north of del mar, then all the way to truck jam in the anahiem hills. Truck did great other then the hood poping open when i was on the freeway after hitting a huge bump. After doing the math i figured i got about 33 mpg @70-80mph..not bad. Now next weekend ill be driving it to AON in arizona.

Put about 50 miles on it yesterday goin to a Sonic Cruise in nearby Caldwell, ID and then back to downtown Boise to hang out with all the rest of the minitruckers.

 

Today I pulled the 22r and the W58 and started to clean them both, I cleaned all the shizze out of the engine bay (grease an grime that is) and sprayed a line of paint to see how it matched, perfect match ! anyways who knows the best way to spray paint the engine bay ? tape up everything and spray around, or remove it all ?!?! I got the motor and 5 speed out in under an hour and a half.. not bad for working outside in the dirt not even concrete.

 

i recomend them. i plugged the blinkers in as the running lights. gotta get the corners on so i have blinkers
