If you must know I absolutely did nothing....well accept turn on my truck to let it worm up and charge the battery. Just to keep it goin as it sits ya know....
Bought some fuel line, some more fittings, made templates for upper bag cup mount struts, waiting for my buddy to git off work so we can welds these puppies on. Side note: Got smore springs for my honda and my interior fabric for the truck. Im going high class with this thing. Coach leather (coach the company that makes purses) Yup my truck is gonna be a purse laugh all you want I called it out first.
drive sideways down the road? me being an idiot, I looked at my fenders and decided to wetsand them. Why you may ask? A few years ago, I got 4WD fenders for my truck. I spray painted them and cleared them with cheap clear. I didn't know and care too much about detailing and stuff back then. It caught up to me. the fenders were obnoxiously dull and fugly. today, I wetsanded some and then realized i went too tough in the top section. It didn't go down to the black, but it did start showing. I laid down a few layers of red on top of it. not all of it. Once dried, I Meguiar's Ultimate Compound'd the fender, and it's soooooooooo much better now. That stuff has saved my ass soooooo many times. I concentrated ALOT in two particular sections. looking down the paint, That UC kicks orange peel's ass and made the paint reflection like glass! it was soooo smooth! sooner or later, i'll respray the fenders and bumpers again. this time I'll Ultimate compound it after, not clear it. the clear just hazed and stuff. The truck looks better now, with shiny fenders to match it. I also UC'd the roll pan, it's not pink anymore! truck is now all red
its the gf's car......... we both work and i need somethin of my own to get around in. i just gotta hurry and get this truck rollin..... like i mentioned. its just me getting impatient.
