Today I dropped off the motor and parts off at the United Speedworld. getting it back on monday I hope

 

went on a photoshoot (104+ with jeans and longsleeve, perfect.)
then went home to remove my 1.5" spacers.

sometime soon i'm putting on those Advan T6's for a photoshoot

if you're looking at the block.....lower left-hand side right about the oil pan. i think i might have rolled the gasket enough when i was putting on the timing chain cover.

 

Today on my yota I......

Did oil change, got it emission tested, got new plate stickers for it, tinted the bumper signal lights, cleaned and polished the rims and bumper.... and went for a sweet ass cruize with my buddy in his 3rd gen supra, and another buddy with his boosted 2003 camaro. Good day!

Today ima go to the JY and hopefully buy some 4runner buckets. Maybe a GM alt or a Mazda AC pump...

Im going to jack it up and see whats making so much racket cause last night I rolled past a group of whiteys in their S10's so I of course had to drag the heck out of it but then something went wrong and makes tons of noise BUMMED and since its on jacks probably replace my rear shaft seal thats been leaking for te last 2 months. Maybe install a spinning hood ornament while Im at it for ****s and giggles

Modded the seat brackets on the "new to me" seats. im at my friends house to get them fully welded on with a good welder, not Harbor freight sh!t

 

today I picked up my block from united speedworld, painted it and my timing cover.. scrapped the new ebay timing cover and found my old dirty toyota one.. much better...tomorrow all the parts come in and I will powder coat everything else under the hood black like brackets and motor mounts and stuff..

 

i took it to work stoe some wires and connectors and some fuses installed a new pioneer with ipod hook up havent figured out the speaker sitch yet... then curzed over to the beach and surfed

 

Replaced the gasket for the thermostat housing to fix a small leak, to find an even bigger leak at the drain plug (censor **** the real word LOL) on the radiator. The companies who make antifreeze are gonna love me.

 

today i pushed the truck back into the garage so i can once again take everything apart to (hopefully) seal up the timing cover so i won't have a fountain of oil in my engine bay.

 

sold my 79 shortbed

removed the cab on my 79 longbed to cut the front clip off, scrap the rest

ordered my hilux front suspension

 

today on my truck I got a ticket.

 

for what ? lol I got my first ticket last week for my windsheild having too big of a strip of tint... fhkn highway patrol douches

 

first one was last summer.... 76 in 60, on the highway, passing a car. two cops were on the walk bridge with lasers... so fml haha



this one was for careless driving. i was out taking pics. it rained. i spontaneously decided to drift....


on the biggest intersection... bad timing. cop was on the other side. usually i do it on an intersection where i have a full view of each side. the intersection was clear though, so no one wouldve been harmed.

 

Created an interesting two tone paint job to cover up the fading clearcoat on the top of my fenders, hood, and roof. It'll hold me over until I get a real (1 color only!) paint job. I'll try get a picture later.
