here are a couple more from the show, feel kinda guilty posting someone elses pics so here is a link to his fb page https://www.facebook.com/SixSevenOnePhotography?fref=ts# been working awesome since the show. recently discovered that you can zerk the torsions, and wow what a difference.
I saw and saved those two already lol. Good to see that you kept the truck as a truck. It seemed pretty cool when I checked it out. And yes, the silicone cone in your lock at the show was me I had to fix something while I was there. And I didn't know the torsions weren't zerked. Just a little plug you replaced with a zerk and greased it? I should grease mine while the truck is apart. Not the torsions but the steering and balljoints. I seem to remember having lots of plugs. I have a pile of zerks tho. I keeps spare on my weber adapter lol. Swap it for a plug on that breather hole later. I think my intake blocks it anyways
mine has fittings in them. you dont have torsion bars with coils also discovered that 89+ trucks dont have a torsion zerk hole on 2 or 4wd
Instead of a torsion bar end bolt I use the coil spring. Smooth ride like the caddy wheels it has are supposed to provide. It's really tricky. Lol
Nice truck. Glad to see it came back home with you again. Guys like you make me want a 88 style body instead of 89-94. Good work.
