^^ Like I said, exactly the same time. 11.1 at 65 MPH. (different trans and no exhaust to keep in mind too man).

Got a phone call from Ricky today. I couldnt pass up this deal. So here is a teaser pic or two...(thinking of a set of 205 or 215 low low pro 16's--streched!)

Yea, a 7 and 8 set of starions for 175! Condition is an honest 7 outa 10. I spent all day with 600 grit on one front wheel. and Im almost finished with that grit.

P.S. Polishing wheels is the BIGGEST PITA imaginable! But they just come out soo nice...

I found out starions are RWD too boot.I thought they were K cars. Im a dumbarse. And the cyl head is a Mitzu copy of a 20R head. Dual chain and everything.

    O and 15,000 views.........Im flattered. :jawdrop:

Ok, I got back last night. Woohoo back in the good weather!

In gunnison I visited my old boss (the Performance Shop). He's the best carb guy Ive ever met and we messed with the holley for a little bit.

We replaced the power valve (my new HOLLEY PV was blown), with a different brand and a 3.5 rating (was 5.0)

Soo on the way back I got 26.5 MPGs!!! and no more bogging at all! On top of that, its burning better and needs to run that mid-grade to keep it from pinging. It runs good!

No problems otherwise. I racked up 2500 miles in under a week. Used about .75 of a qt in oil. I noticed I got either a rear main leaking and a oil pan leaking. Or just a leaking oil pan.

I drove it from ~50ft above sea level to almost 12 thousand. Im suprised it even ran...

And one more thing. Ricky has an LC catalouge, ( literally it will give you a chubby) and it says holley 500's need a 74 main jet with a 3.5 PV. Its right on.

Ill get some pics up sometime...
