i think you should get a 20R one instead, those 22R are emissions heads, thats why everyone takes the 22R heads out and puts a 20R instead, its a hemi head in a way.. (hemispherical)

well, if you know how to work on it and know a good machine shop, you can do it all on your own, or if your to lazy or don't know much, then you can buy it from lc... i'd say they are ok priced...

The 4 banger out of mine is a stock Hemi design: M102 engine-The cylinders of the new engine were designed with hemispherical combustion chambers with a squish area in the cylinder head. The purpose of this was to guarantee maximum swirl in order that even very lean mixtures could be ignited.

Hul-E-O, your 16V benz motor aint a "swirl inducing" chamber. A 22R head is. Thats why they cant brethe past 6 grand. Yours hits, what 7,500 without a sweat? :rolleyes2:

Anyways, got a killer IRS diff out of a supra. G code, 4.30 gears, 4 pinion, and LSD. Im planning on putting the diff, (and maybe the gears) in the 4.10 dropout I bought (from a 4wheeler dude). Then in the 5 lug 77 dually axle.

Either way, its gunna be geared low. So Ill go back wednesday and grab that W58 to go with it.

Got all the power steering components back on the truck. Its tough living without it, or maybe im just lazy... Works good now.

    http://www.toyotaminis.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7494

Rotated my tires, now 225's on the rear (all kinds of camber wear/tire chunking/flatspots) and crispy new(ish) 245's on the front.

Loosened the T-bars to where they belong. Now I gots a little tuck and rake.

I gotta alighn it bad. Too much CAMBAR!
