i'm really torn as to which way to go....

i really wanted just a ratty daily driver.. nothing special, flat black, 14's, etc.

but i'd like to run some big brakes since i believe that go power should be matched by stopping power. problem is the big discs just don't work with little wheels.

and the more i build it the less i want it to be overlooked due to a simple flat black paintjob. i'm kinda leaning toward some metallic black, but i'd have to pay someone to do all the bodywork.

I'm planning on running the stock rear for now. i'm leaving it an open rear so i don't break anything. if something does break, i'll probably look into a narrowed ford 8.8.

i would run some other steelies then. find some 15s or 16s. supra rotors and 4runner calipers should fit under a 15 fine. supras and 4runners had them. if you grind down the caliper it could even fit under a 14. thats what i plan to do. or atleast check measurements on. simply...set the caliper onto the rotor, and drop it into a loose wheel. see how far off from center i am, and add 1/8". then take that amount off with a grinder. i wanted to smooth all the casting flash from them anyways and paint them black.

i'm planning on running to the junkyard and checkin some cars out. really all i need is a rotor from a car that had 14's factory, and has the 114.3 pattern.

    thanks guys.

i got all the holes drilled and finish welded the k member. got it squared up and tacked into place, and once i pick up some mk3 supra knuckles i'll finish weld it. tomorrow i will fab the motor mounts, then probably pull the cab and fab the transmember.

i got a order in from suicidedoors, but they forgot a few weld on bushings so i can't start my links until the send me the pieces :(

    here's the pics:
