Welding with no gas as in "flux" core wire. Its still welding but doesnt do well with sheetmetal. Reason is cuz flux burns hotter and the galvanize on the sheetmetal if not cleaned up well enough likes to pop. If I had a bottle it would be alot better. Yes those used to be djm drop arms. Page one on my thread will show u. Drop arms are not made to fit our years its for 89-95 but they still work.

Negative. Now that would be asking to crash n die. Haha.

Finished my pooly bushings. Uppers and lowers. Super easy install if u got a torch. Oxyacetaline(sp) the ride is way better and turning feels amazing.

yup torched the uppers took about 3min per bushing. way faster then drill drill drill. or pressing and bending the arms and narrowing the arm on accident(seen it happpen). torching is dangerous cuz the fire gets to a good size. but if u torch alot then you can control the fire easily. its worth the install though. ride is smooth as its ever been. feels FRESH

Still using my drop arms. I just bent them back straight. No biggy. re indexed the torsions again made things a little stiffer.
