Got my XS battery from a good friend in car audio. XS power all day. No kinetik for me!





upgraded my battery so why not do my BIG 3 upgrade. 0 gauge wire from alternator to battery. negative post to block. negative post to chassis and chassis to block. hope i have enough grounds!



truck runs alot better. lights alot brighter and my amps will no longer struggle voltage drops. 14volts FTW

Used a product called second skin. Good stuff but expensive!!!..

installed some energy suspensions poly bushings on the strut rods. next will be my sway bar end links! to much roll when i slide *SMH.

 

picked up some 2wd fenders. i love these more then the 4x4s. 4x4s are over rated now. lol. after the crash i have yet to find a front bumper from an 88. i want to keep it black. no chrome for me.


my other project i have going on sitting in the garage for about a year now. slowly working on her but times are hard trying to build two trucks.


cleaning up some of the bird**** welds "SOMEONE" did. never will they lay hands on my truck again. getting better and better at welding though so its a win win situation. i get to redo alot of the work and practice.

 

Got lucky today. Removed my self a full ac unit off a 22re though. So idk how to hook up the idle up stuff since its electronic on the efi and vacuum on carb. Will post pics soon! Aloha

 

I agree the 2wd fenders look better. Good score on the AC stuff wish I had kept mine I got my bumper of the web it came grey 60 bucks then I hit with duplicolor bumper paint. Just a though if you don't score a good used one ....looks good keep it up
