Nope im not using the factory tach I wired in an aftermarket one.. little easier. But for our tachs you need a cluster out of a v6. The tachs out of a 4 banger are calibrated for a 4 cyl.. A 6 cylinder wont read correct even if u did get it wired.

Just a random question tho...... would u be willing to natch a oil pan for me or whoever did yours and ill pay you??

Id PM Blacklightnin55 he is the one that notched his pan not me...
You can always build a different draglink bar to clear the pan i saw some one build one but cant remember who.

    Bringing an old thread back!

You could also bent the center link in the middle so it clears the pan, since that won't effect geometry of where the center link to tie rod pivot locates. That causes bump steer which isn't safe or intended.

Actually thinking about that, it would effect the proportioning between left and right sides of it due to pitman/idler geometry being changed. You could make a notch in the center link, but its cast iron. I'd say adjust the motor/trans mounts to make it clear everything.

Man your truck is coming out awesome! I am considering doing a motor swap in my pickup but I am having a hard time choosing between the 3.4 V6 supercharged or the 7mgte. What do you guys think?

im glad your putting the 4x4 guards on. make front look way tougher. put a chrome 4x4 bar on as well, so it comes out to the flair on 4x4 guards.

Well im not sure about the weight difference.... but im sure its not far off 50 pounds different. As for the cornering... well it is a truck still.... but the suspension work is slowing comming together.
