Latch is into the passenger door.

 

Striker plate is in place ,had to extend the plate forward so went behind the front fender to close the opening & be a splash guard.
Also got the drivers door hinge pocket in place .
Was going to do just one door as like the look of swinging opposed, but just can't stop the fabing!

Also laid out the soleniod & safety latch,should have these in place tomorrow & hang the door ,check window movement & run wiring

Got the seat belt problem fixed. Just relocated a bolt & lengthen the upper support,moved over 1 1/4" & removed the large plastic shroud

 

Rehung the passenger door ,& got the spacers worked out,got the handle working smoother by addind another pulley,& worked out the location of the safety latch & soleniod

 

And got the drivers door hung & swinging

 

They are a swinging!
Have a lot of welding to do tomorrow & a lot of work in front of me,but I can see the light!

Not marine speakers,German made horns,not loud enough ,so installed a train horn behind the bumper!
And in regards to the hinges & rear hinge bucket,all photo's are posted ,look through the whole post!
Stock hinges,from oppose sides of the doors & the end panels. Custom made rear hinge bucket,used chrome-molly.
Swings like stock doors,door tucks into the body,same as it did @ the front! Not outside the body ,or to 90 degrees!

kinda off topic but how is the light spread on the headlights is it good? im thinking of getting thoses one with hids inside. if the spread is better or same as the clear headlights.
