Think I put these photo's in the wrong place so will start over.
I in the possess of suiciding my doors using stock hinge & latches.Got donner doors for the end panels
First up was to get reference lines

 

Than mark cut away areas

 

Make some templates for locator plates

 

Was a pain removing this panel as double walled. Will have a bit of metal filling

 

Most of this area cuts away so the new hinge mount bar can swing into place.I seem to be @ a block as tiring to figure how I can get the door to seal!!
Would be great to talk with the guy who did this mod .

Today the interior will be removed & gut the passenger door, cut away the end plate & weld in the new one!

 

making progress, should look killer once its all done!
