Hey Im only 30 minutes away for you. Man, if you had the time Id have you come to SD to finish some welding issues that my 82 sadly needs. Let me know if you would ever consider it..: Great work!
Finally got the links done, and also built a tunnel for the driveshaft to clear, now it's time for the bags...
So close man!! Sorry about the yotascene...force of habit. Still gotta mount shocks then suspension will be done. Then it's mounting all the tanks, compressors, etc. then fuel and brake lines and voila!!
I like the combination of straight pipes combined with the curved ones. Makes a sick looking design. And nothing like to much bracing. Good work
Soon as I get this thing running and back on the road, the yota is coming in for some much needed love. From sitting outside I've got a ton of surface rust on different parts, even though it's been covered. Rust always finds a way!! I need to get all the bodywork on the cab done, but first I'm gonna pull the engine and redo the firewall from the engine bay, make lower engine mounts, and go from there. Soon.
Got some more work done.... New fuel and brake lines... Suspension pretty much ready to go, just need shocks... All goes well, I should have this biatch done by this weekend and then I can move onto the bed....just a bunch of little stuff now...
looks good man . Refreshing to see some nice welds on a truck, especially after the show this past weekend
