Love it that color fits the truck well . A 50's tucked and rolled bench seat would be right at home in there
yeah that would work, going for a different look/setup next year... big plans, once started (sourcing parts now) i plan on doing a few right up/build thread.
Love those wheels....Almost like the panasports you see on a lot of Datsuns Are those 16's? What series tire are you running?
So just wonderin what cuz from what it sounds like, to get a 3/3 drop on my '89, all i need to do is $get inch blocks in dear, and crank the tortions? Hows the ride tho? Do i need to vet new shocks or is that not nessasary right away?
You don't have to right away but when you do get some, you can run the 69 camaro shocks up front. Don't forget to trim your bump stops as well.
Yea it can be done like that 3 inch blocks and some drop spindles and ball joint flip for the front would ride better than loosened torsions cap it all of with some high quality shocks and it will ride decent and some low pro bump stops all around should be added
Did it last night.will post pics prolly tomorrow. Need to raise the front about a 1/4 inch for now due to rubbage.and i just shaved the bumpstops down bout halfway
I cant tell if ur talkin to me or not. But yes I know. Id like to drop spindle the front and the rear NEEDS some notch action to go lower. Next weekend I will be notching frame 6" to clear axle. Putting crossmember between notches cause diff hits current crossmember. Also notching crossmember right under the baxkbside of cab due to driveline rubbing. Already cut out driveline area jist need to finish notch
torsions maxed, 3" bloacks, removed middle leaf and flipped overload spring. sitting on 15x8 eagle alloys with 175/50.r15 nexxens
This is probably the lowest I went on my truck...nevermind maybe not lol but yeah this was when I just did my suspension. I would say I was at a 6/7 drop at the time. I took out that pesky transmission bar just so I could make the truck "drivable".
Here's my 83 What ive done; -pulled torsions -bumb stops cut in half -3in blocks -flipped overload -14" steelies with 205/60/R14 (original tires were 195/75/R14) in between 6 and 8 inches Needs more low
