Ok and it was me that caused the delay. Next time I will fill up. Good looking out though Manny. I originally wasn't planning on going on the cruise just wanted to hit the meetup spot since one of my homies mom made tortas for lunch which i flaked out on. Nice ride to Julian though.

 

No explanation needed... Thats how you get to know the real side of minitruckers! I actually had more fun finding gas because we added to our cruise!

Man i wish i would of went to that instead of my aunt and uncles party. Next time for sure im going. Hopefully you guys throw another one soon.

13mpg with downhill.......... 14mpg without. my truck thinks its an SUV.

 

haha are you exaggerating or is that really how many MPG you get? That's how much I'm getting right about now.

 

Damn i hope you are both joking. I get 28city/highway with my foot out of it and 24 with it in. Motor are head work,header back and intake.

 

i average that since i need a longer warm up time in the morning.... the truck has no choke so i need to let it come up to around 150* before i can even move.

i also drive with my foot in it all the time..... im gonna look into getting something else for a daily. goin to work 17 miles each way just aint gonna cut it with the truck........ the 4runner didnt do any better at around 17mpg.

rj- you should be getting close to at least 20 with your truck..... even with the 20's and all, unless you are driving your truck like me........ or have the motor in serious need of upkeep.

 

So how soon is the next run cause i am there. My truck might be the uglyest one there but hey its a work in progress.

I am not knocking anyones truck, but don't let in your words, " a ugly truck " keep you from showing up. Be happy that there are people to cruise w/.

 

haha he's talking bout SDYota's truck. It's true though cuz my truck needs work as well. A lot of the older Yota's are usually work in progress. Everyone's welcome. At first I didn't wanna show up just because of my wheels.

 

I'll show up for the next one too... my truck is in progress too.. but it's all good!! that's true about being happy that there are people to cruise...
