Frame fully cut off next to get cab torn off cab lifted one reason for tear down trans was jumping in the member that was in there trashed finder wells another reason for all this
Factory trans member that never taken out all the way Engine crossmember that never should have been put in more madness some stuff I wasn't really happy with it looked okay but didn't trust everything after seeing some of the work else where on it
Drive shaft member not finished so now it was time to start fixing all this crap that was jacked up New engine crossmember New member installed 2x2 1/4 inch wall
Then I needed to tackle the z yes the first tack weld is broke wasn't quit level so had to let it have a little wiggle room Welded up next with be making plates to reinforce weld on my plates not bad
Then is was on to the bag brakets next cut everything out and found out on both sides under the gussets the frame was ripped so fixed that up
Then to getting the old shock towers out that where in there almost like they used bike shocks cleared both sides out
Now control arms would be next and I'm prolly gonna get a ton of crap for this one but oh well ... So my bugit is very little on this build with as far down as iv took it but I know everyone says to just buy control arms and be done but my bugit also me to spend just enough to where I know everything is safe so I wanted to go outside the box and be different so that's what I did
I looked around and and round for control arms but couldn't find nothing I liked so I decided to build my own kinda I went to a local dirt track shop just to see what they had cuz I thought to myself maybe I could just modify a set and be done so I found a dirty tack arm that matched up as close to the yota crossshaft as possible and left out with it
