The bottom hole can probably just be drilled out. And the pin is always smaller than the hole since they're universal. I wana say some kits before came with a ring that went around the pin to fit more snugly.

I would have no problem with that, but I’d like a ring for the top, if available. To me it should specify since you could easily install them wrong and have the truck dog-tracking after. If the 2” kit doesn’t fit I will have a ring made and drill out the lower.

 

Got the 2” blocks and the hole/pin is the same as the 3”, so I gotta drill and I guess just eyeball the block to get it centred before tightening.
