Ive got a phantom grill with a broken bottom bar debating on fixing it and selling it or cutting it up into a grill insert for the 4runner grill

Do do the phantom unless youre going to shave the corner lights. It always looked odd to me if the corners were still on there.

Thought about the phantom grill but the headlight mounts were butchered up so my only option was the 4runner front end

got more **** done this weekend

tossed in the replacement mass air flow sensor
ghetto rigged some of the fins on the rad for it to hold coolant
found a split upper rad hose and another coolant hose under the intake that wasn't attached
fixed the shredded o2 sensor wiring

the engine light finally shut off!
i actually got to run the truck for more then 5 mins and its running great
this truck has all sorts of stupid **** wrong with it and ive been finding new stuff as i go
    the truck was well abused

i also had a friend come over who needed some wiring on his car and in the process i found a shift knob, friend said it didnt fit, so he gave to me and lucky me it threaded right on
i then went one step further
i pull out the shifter, stripped it, sanded for a couple hours hit with a scotch bright pad and clear coated it
and this is what i ended up with

    small update,
found some guy in the local classifieds parting out a bunch of 4runners and pick ups so i made the 30 mins trip to his place and picked up a pair of 4runner seats, pick up seat belts, a center console which i think is out or a pick up, or a 4runner with no rear heat option, a rearview mirrior with map lights, and some little things

the interior used to be blue from the factory, then it was all m.i.a. when i bought it, now its grey, i personally like the better, the blue on blue was to much blue

    Small update
Fixed the checkmater tonneau cover that the wind blew off before i bought it. And i then went to town ensuring it wasn't going to come apart again, it originally had around 20 rivets in it. Its now got close to 70
had to order new hinges. Just waiting on them to reinstall it
