Will you be using Magnaflow exhaust?

I think I' be going with the exhaust system from lce. I believe they use a magnaflow muffler. I like the sound of a magnaflow. I have used borla on alot of my previous trucks. I have one on my mazda b2200 and like it a lot.

LOL! I almost gave up! I still have it. I barely have time to work on it and not enough money. The old lady always bitches when I spend money on parts. This is the longest I ever took to build a truck, its ridiculous! Anyways..its not for sale anymore. I finally got the engine compartment painted, engine in and got it started. Its runs preety good and started on the first crank but I think I need a new tps.

Quick question, did you use the stock gas door cover and just weld that in, or is this scrap metal you shaped to shave the door?

I cut another piece of sheetmetal. If i used the door, the gap to weld is preety wide and still would have had to patch the key hole.

I checked everywhere. Im just gonna spend the money and buy oem parts from the dealer. I have a couple of friends that has an acount there. I was planning to buy aftermarket for the front bumper and grille but oh well, gives me an excuse to buy oem. Just fustrating sometimes living in the middle of the ocean when it comes to shipping.

Can someone give some insight on how to adjust the stupid TPS? I bought a new one from the dealer and installed it like how that TPS link says to. it was running fine and now its acting up again. I think i dont have it adusted right. when I tap on my gas pedal, a gurgguling sound out the exhaust when i let off the pedal. Almost like its backfiring but not really and the idle is a little rough like its missing. I unplug my TPS and it doesnt do it but i lose the throttle response. Is there a book on how to adjust your tps for dummies? because I just cant get it. Or is there any of my 808 peeps that would like to help me? I'll buy the beers and pupus! LOl!
