there's some Fender rolling tool. pretty much bolts onto the hub and has an adjustable arm. I think Toyo Trucker had one. at the end of the arm, it has this wheel similar to a skateboard wheel. what it mainly does is that it "rolls in" the tabs of the fender, and if done correctly, will flare it. takes time and do it on hot warm sunny days so the paint does not crack.

I say ask SD Yota on how he did it.

on my rear, I used a metal louis slugger bat to roll it. i didnt go too far, i did it slightly. when its warmer during springtime, I'll be taking off my bed again so i can adjust it when i put it back on so it'll lay straight on my frame. then i'll roll/ flare.

ive always used wooden bats. i broke it off about where you hold it, and start rolling it between the tire and the fender. i start at an edge down low and work my way up and over. the more angle you put into it to be parallel with the tire the more it effects it. i break the end off so its shorter and so if need be i can start with the smaller end when its a tight clearance. i make many many passes to only do a little at a time. dont be in a rush. once that edge is almost flat ill pinch it by hand on spots that need it. i also then reach the bat in further and tip it parallel with the street to sorta fold that lip outwards with the street. once im happy with all of that, ill sit on the ground with my feet on the tire and pull the fender towards me by the wheel opening. its bulges/bows the whole thing outwards. the end results vary by how much you need. also, if you do it with too much gap it wont work as well. like, i replaced a fender and had to flare it with the steelies on. id done them originally with the wider wheels i had before so it didnt come out perfect. but thats okay it still does what it needs to do to clear. and out back on the 89-95s there is an elbow bracket in the rear tub. unbolt that, take a scissor jack with a 2x4 and use it to push between the inner and outer walls of the tub until you can bolt that bracket through with the second hole. it gets about 3/4" that way. not much, but it stays where you put it. you can also bat roll that flange on the lip too.

and if you go so low as yo where it rubs the inners, let it do it for a few days. then whereever it rubs, beat with a hammer. spray a coat of black paint inside. and whatever rubs off you keep hitting. its like sanding with guide coat. bare spots are like the highs.

Get the tool and do it the right way. Baseball bats are made for hitting baseballs. Just because they make semi decent fender roller's does not mean they should be used in place of a fender roller.
