    Jap Dual Wall?

Is the Japanese bed dual wall like the US made bed? If not, you may want to rhino line that bed. That's something I want to do myself on my bed, partially because the inside is all rusty in the scratches in it and I do still haul crap around at times, yet one more thing on my near-infinite project list...

Sandshark - my jap bed is one single wall, I was going to get a drop in liner that would hopefully assist in averting any damage to that single wall but I couldn't find any (new) for this style of bed, so I did get the rhino lining - I'm pleased with it s far.

Small update - after finishing the exterior, dropping and fixing the A/C I wanted to get some new carpet and have the seat re-upholstered. After asking you guys about different seats I could swap in I came to the conclusion that I actually liked the 60/40 bench in the truck - so I kept it and I'm glad I did, it came out looking sweet and it feels like I'm driving in a new truck now once inside. Cost me $400 to have a guy re-carpet and do the seat - but well worth it imo.

No, just a fold down arm rest.

Even though I'm really wanting buckets, are those seats comfortable and supportive OJ?

    Sorry to thread jack...

hey....it might have been mentioned but i kinda skimmed. lol. clean ass truck. heres something i think was missed...run an older rear end. they are narrower and will suck the wheels inwards. 79-83 is a little, 74-78 is 2" narrower than the 79-83. those are 53" and 55" so maybe that will help. i love the rear dish those have.

I agree I have the xrunner wheels 18X8 with 255/45/18 on my 83. My bed is NOT rolled and they don't have a factory flare to it.
