No tonneau, but I am trying to convince my wife to let me get an alarm with motion sensors.

And I do plan on taking alot pics. If he works on it when I'm not there, he said he'd take pics.

A Rockford Punch 500-1 running at 1 ohm. Then I'm going to use a Punch 400-2 (100x2) for the door speakers which will be JL's XR series components.

Dave what kind of box is that, regular ported? Or an ABC type? Was asking cause the flower inside on one of the ports.

Also your port opening looks a little on the small side. Might limit port flow and create port noise. (no offense to your friend helping you out.). Do you have the specs for the box? Id be interested to check it out. You can PM it if you dont want everyone else to know. Just wondering all the #s. thanks man and no offense, looking real good.

Yeah, just a regular slot ported. The air space is just over 1.25 cu ft per side. The port is narrow but long. He is going to router the edges of the port for better air flow, some of the pieces are just sitting there for now. The flower looking piece and the rounded piece are for bracing to make it more sturdy and so it doesn't flex. He's been a pro instsaller for 13 years, but I know you mean well, its cool.

Plexiglass came into today, so he said he should have the box fully built tomorrow. Except for the Line-x, that should happen later this week.

The friend of mine that is building the system for me has a friend that sells optima's, so I got it for only $75.

Nope, replacing the old one. I can help you with wiring 2 batts, its not that hard. You basicly wire them in parallel (+ to + and - to -). One system I helped with a while back we put a second batt in the bed, drilled holes in the bed and ran the cables along the frame up to the first batt. We used wire loom and eyelet zip ties and mounted them to the frame. We also wired up a solenoid between them so when he runs the system without the being on it run off the second batt.
