New ride !

    Got my uncles 87' yota running again after sitting for 7 years ... painted up some wheels and dropped it too... what ya think ? ...I'm still workin on my yellow 84 too:)...

    Thanks everyone !!! The wheels are the same ones that I pulled of the yellow 84 I got..I'll post more pics of it. They were too rusty to reuse so I scuffed them and etched primered them and coated them in black enamel. The center moons are the original caps that came on those wheels and were the only part of them that came back when I cleaned and buffed them. I was going to run bigger wheels but decided to use these instead since they were coming off the other lowrider anyway.
    This thing was a bear to lower !!! I have lowered many toyotas in my day but the bolts on this one refused to move using my traditional method. I thought I was going to have to buy some new adjusters, but with the help of a mazda buddy (ie bigger compressor and heavier impact ) I got this thing closer to the ground. I might go lower later...but this is fine for now...:D

    Im thinking of going lower !! I am to impatient to wait for me to get the yellow truck on the ground ! :D
