i need a bed bad locall ppl please help!!!!


i also need help desiding what bumper i wasnt to use.. in front.. i wanna do 4x4 fenders in ft.. and i need 4x4 style bed to tuck the rear wheels...

 

i have a bed off a 89 2wd.. not sure how it will look on ur truck though

 

i think i need a 4wd bed i had to stretch the wells to fit the wheels

 

Always great to see new pictures, I find myself addicted to them . . . Makes me wish I had an extended cab sometimes . . .

 

did spindel. swap.. shes low now up ft.. and polish the wheels.. bed is still needed!!!! and 4wd fenders!!

 

So a little update did beltech spindels i had perchase a while ago. new rotors and pads and wheel bearings.. did a new exhaust 2.5 turbo back with a magnaflow muffler. cut it short, no reson for it to go allthe way back.. orderd 4runner grille. found a bed and 4x4 fenders pick up this weekend. when i take the bed off ill power wash and clean up frame leafs diff lines ect. paint up real nice. bumper i dont kno what i want to go with yet.. any ideas.. i like the old school look but the 93+ bumper looks good also... and i might have more space for when i mount the intercooler.as for inserts on wheels i will paint in gold. over the weekend. power wash the motor its has so much oil sludge then i will take a motor shot. did a tune up few weeks ago and managed to acuire a miss at idel.. wierd...

any one kno if the sell S.S. brake lines for us?

it actualy reall quiet and mellow witch is what i was looking for ... felt big difrence between stock downpipe with a generic muffler( stock exh/cat fell off quick fix)

You mean like this one ? ? ? I took this one off my mini after I did my upgrade. I searched around a bit for them and prices range alot ranging from OEM ( very very hard to find ) to aftermarket ( getting harder to find or shipping is crazy ) Ive got brand new brackets for this bumper, and the bumper of course. The back of mine and alot of others didnt have a good chrome plating so there is some rust on the back, but could VERY EASILY be prepped and undercoated or painted, Hit me with an offer and have me qoute you with shipping and its yours man

bed was shot.. did alinment washed motor.. fryed alt woont turn on.. got 4x4 fenders... low n loud let me kno about the bumper..

 

dam looks like its going good! the little more you do the better you feel.

This probably wont help you too much but I visited Bank's Used Auto Parts in stafford VA last weekend. They had quite a few of the 84-88 toy trucks with decent short beds and a couple of long beds too. Their prices are outragous though. They wanted to charge me $90 for a 22r carbed intake (just the intake , no carb). After that, I didnt bother to ask about the price of thier beds.

There is a really nice gray 87 extra cab rolling chassis in the yard.

Also, I f you ever decide to patch up you existing bed, these guys sell nice oem looking bolt on bedside flares.
