Can you get some shots of the whole body w/mirrors too? I wanna see what kinda flow you got going on, with the new mirrors, lol. And.....I'm tired of people smacking my mirrors out of adjustment in parking lots! Grrrr!
Yes, there is another site member interested in them, so he is first in line for them, but if he decides no you could be next in line. Told him around $150 + shipping. Not switch as I'm still using it!Should be able to find a stock 4-Runner one on line or use another type! IF you think you want them e-mail me your name & address & I'll find out the shipping cost!
Finial fitment with glass in place, test drove all is good, played with flame pattern a little to see what looked like! Today I'll check the wiring & install the end plugs, then remove all for the last time, get the truck masked off & lay primer on the mirrors & where needed! Photo's from every angle.
I like them from the front and the 3/4 angle they look huge from the side. But they flow pretty well and its your truck. Good job on updating your truck all the time
Maybe its just the shape that makes them look huge. Hopefully ill see it this year at dangerzone if I ever get my truck done
Came out good. I didn't think about a tapered base plate shim. I thought you'd have to refab the whole supports. Looks good. I constantly change things on my trucks to keep the look different. Nice use of junkyard parts. As for the 4runner mirrors, did you ever get bothered by how large the head is? Considering a set on my cousins 74. Thanks and good work.
No the line of sight from the 4-Runner mirrors was great, just that from the front looked like Dumbo !
damn, that does look pretty good. When I 1st seen the pics I was unsure. But good work looks pretty sick.
