Been working on it slowly all week. Got it torn down again and started off with a wire wheel getting it all cleaned up, then grease/wax remover/sand/mud/sand/ then got it primed today. Gonna let it sit on the heaters all night and paint it tomorrow.

What did you buy for the brake lines? Is it just 3/16 stainless line or what?

Don't trust the pressure switch. run a gauge and a cutoff in the cab. I learned my lesson when I woke up and went out to a truck with the tank at 350+.

Yah I got a kill switch for the comps and always lock it out when im at work or home but I dont know It ran for 10 minutes without shutting off and I got dual 480's to a 7 gallon, despite the fact the tank was dry but still seemed a long time for me. According to Viair at 120 psi it should only take 60secs to fill back to 200psi so I would say at 0psi maybe 5-7 minutes. I was thinking about taking the pressure switch off and using the port its in to run 1/4line to a in cab gauge. Probably what I'll do.

Ya I don't run pressure switches at all. I don't trust them. I have 2 380s on a 7 gal an it takes from 0 to 120ish about 4min now tht I fixed my leak I only run my comps maybe 3-4 min
