Hoping to get rear done linked bagged by MD show 14th may. We are really shooting for having all the sheetmetal done as well (entire bed shaved) wont be painted for a year or so but hopefully have the metal work done by the show as well. Then throughout summer i'll so interior and stereo. I have to find a shop to take 1/2 of bore from wheels they dont go deep enough to fit on front. Fits rear fine but wont quite come over the dust caps in the front so gotta make bore deeper, its big enough around but not deep enough. Thanks for the compliments glad someone like it.

    CRAP:ROFL:

I got to make custom templates from the ones they gave me. They seem too small but i was initially gonna use billet flame mirrors so I guess I got a bit more seeing coverage. The arms might be too short as well. Im actually making the template and back plates right now. I will post pics when I get them on, If I decide to keep them anyway.

LOOKIN GOOD, We got snagged on the link member cause we all got ideas and cant seem to mesh them together. I dont really care cause NOBODY will ever see it but yah Im working alongside perfectionists.

Next weekend we should get the link member and link done. STEVE@CanDO made my bars wrong I dont have time to wait for new ones so we are going to sleeve them and make them longer and thicker so I can bag on bar like I asked him to build in the first place. THen on to the crazy bridge

He is a good guy but it took 47 days to build my 4 link and it looks like its a ebay quality at best 1 inch POS. Not what I asked for:brickknock: Especially for the price!

Damn you got pics of it?? Ya it took hella days for my control arms too. He said he was waiting for more orders before he built them then he ran outa balljoints an had to wait. But he helped with the install because the coter pin would sit way to high an the nut wud break loose. Wasn't expecting tht for the price either lol. I like the notch tho man looks like mine haha

OK didnt do nothing last weekend. Got some stuff done yesterday but not as much as I like to cause we had to go to a Sonic Cruise.

Pefectly good GRANT Kustoms rollpan. DESTROYED:
Had to remove license box; Idaho law (cant have it that low to ground) Other factors such as Cali Style I would completely rip it off anyways.

It was ok cause we took the flat piece for plate box and rounded it over to fit contour of rollpan
    [IMG]

Got it tacked in and ready for bodywork (of course after it meshed into the tailgate skin

You can see my link bars on ground and how small they are. This is why i was upset. I told CanDo it was a 91, my crossmember as gonna be 6 inches further back then stock crossmember and that I was doing bag on bar so I wanted real thick bars or square. DID NOT HAPPEN, oh well
$340 4 LINK........DESTROYED.... cut lowers in half and extended 4 inches, dont know on uppers yet also going with a bar thats way bigger, so basically I paid $300 for bar ends and tabs

Me and garagedoor went in on that buy one get one a few months back and they were out of stock on the smoothies, didnt think it was gonna be a big deal but Idaho law says I gotta have that thing so high off the ground so its going in the skin.

I would suggest a flip up plate above the bed. Then that way it is high enough but not cutting into your skin.

Yep, Idaho law says that the license plate has be no lower than 12" off the ground. And that no part of the vehicle can be lower than the lowest part of any wheel. Both while in motion.

So you are not allowed to drag anything? That seems to be stated odd. Idaho is strange sometimes.
