well the truck should be getting put in the shop in the next few days im gonna pull the motor start cuttin out firewall for tubs and start mock up for SBC and i will have pics for you pic whores out there

bottom(right side) is bent.

 

will the 5speed bolt up to a 350 sbc? or would it need adapter plate?

 

id be more worried about the amount of room that'd take up in a tiny yota engine bay lol it would be cool tho

 

theres plenty of room luckily i got a friend that has on in a toyota like mine. ive seen big blocks in these trucks.

 

dang. whats he get for gas mileage?

 

i really dont know think its accually a 400sbc but he drives it to work a few times then goes racin

got the motor apart with the help of a friend found out its a 355 with TRW chromoly hardend push rods TRW forged pistons with a 280 cam. gonna port the heads and hone it cant wait to get this thing back together.going to have dual 3in exhaust. not sure what mufflers ima go with yet but its gonna be pretty awesome when its done

 

build should come along alot faster got me one of them job things today lol

should be getting some more parts.if job goes well for a couple of weeks ill be ordering a 4 link kit from ride tech
