Your truck has really come far from the pic you posted in my thread! looks good! nice job on the a/c install. how much were the parts and did you have to buy anything new? what is the clutch cancel and deck lamp switch for? I assume the deck lamp is to light up the bed?

THANX! for the ac in parts i spent about 230 alll fron a junk yard only thing I bought were the O rings and to to a shop to vacumme out the compressor and get filled with new refrigerant the clutch cancel is so that the truck starts with without steppin on the cluth jus push the botton and starts right up as for the deck lamp its factory swith for the extra cab trucks with the light behind the cab on top of the sliding window mines just hookeup to a neon glow light:waytogo:

did you have a diagram or parts list for all the a/c parts and components that you needed? that clutch cancel switch is kinda weird, wonder why Toyota would even offer that.

Also, i gotta say that i'm impressed that you, being such a young guy, didn't go crazy with stupid lights, stickers, and the rest of the pepboys catalog on your truck. You kept it simple and did some smart useful upgrades.

It's a button on the dashboard that you push so that you can start your truck without pushing in the clutch.

this botton is really for the 4wd manual toytas i herd its for when theyre off roading and the truck shuts off and cant press the clutch to start the truck but its usefull when ur working and need the truck to start ur not having the hassle of sitting and pushing the clutch

Do you have more or less room from steering wheel to the seat with these buckets in?
