    well,
We took out the middle leafs, and it lowered the back another inch. we took out the Bump Stops, and it rides so much better. The ass end sways a little bit, when i shift. is there any cure for that???

We tried to cover the door panels, but I think the material we got was too thick. what do you guys use to recover???

    any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Brad

a sway bar in the back would help. i have a hellwig sway bar and its awesome. you might be able to pick up one for a 4runner from the junkyard and make it work. there were a couple guys on here that were doing that

addco makes a aftermarket sway bar. im looking at getting one in a few weeks after i get my body work done. need something to help the body roll when i have the bike in the rear and it will make the suspension a bit stiffer but to me it didnt ride any "harder"

u can find them on ebay...

I don't think you need to chop or weld... it sounds like your clutch master cylinder is leaking. Yank out the old one, reinstall the new one and bleed the system... leak is fixed and your pressure is back:waytogo:

i did that already, the old one's leaky problem caused the mounting area of the master to be rotted out. so like i need to cut that out and put new metal for it to be mounted

Thanks for the Sway Bar info guys.

We had to put the Bump stops back in, the drive shaft was rubbing the frame......... ****!! It was really low without them. Any cure for that Problem???

Will try and get more pics up soon. sanding and dent pulling/filling now.

you can notch that x-member where it is rubbing, but most people just hack them out.

this is what i did...... somewhere after 4 inches of drop, you will start scuffing your d-shaft on the crossmember. i didnt want any frame flex or weakness so i braced it there and made a new brace just after that one too......

So, it's been a while since we have done anything, but my cousin and I got some work done today.
Got tired of it looking sanded, so we "Rattle-canned" it, and pin-striped it. Tinted the Tail lights, and made it look somewhat presentable until my dad and I get it painted. So, here is what we gone done today, hope you like it.
