Not sure yet chelu, more than likely just a mild 22R setup for now... I can't decide which one gets the Hybrid, the truck or celi?... Maybe both will get one!

Ok here's my try at bodywork/welding...

    The setup:
    1. Air compressor to cool down the metal, blow dirt, kill any fires!
    2. Box fan for fresh air from toxic flux core fumes...
    3. Harbor freight 90 amp wire fed el cheapo... < Lincoln .30 wire...
    4. Basic stuff, hammer, pliers, vice grips, and wire brush!

Never thought I'd see the day I cut a hole in my truck... The factory rubberized undercoat was a b*tch to work with...

Somewhat tacked in and starting to fill the welds, took awhile to find a usable setting as you can see by the burnt holes!

All welded up... How do they say it: bird sh*t anyone? lol!

Body mount re-done, took me about 8 cigarettes to figure this part out! lol

Por-15! Don't get this stuff on your hands like it says on the warning label! Had a couple spots go thru my longsleeve shirt and had a hard time getting it all off....

Pulled the carpet on the passenger side and had to re-do that body mount also! Was so disgusted I didn't bother taking pics of the pass side... I must admit it was a little bit easier to do tho being somewhat experienced!

Por-15'd the whole floor yesterday and layed down one coat of rubberized undercoat this morning. I'll try and snag some pics of it tomorrow...

Nice work, i'm fiberglassing some swiss cheese on the bed, I was gonna cut it out and put a patch panel but I don't think it's too bad, no holes bigger than 1/4 inch so I decided to just use fiberglass. I'll post pics when I get to a decent stopping point, I hate to touch my 1200.00 camera with resin on my hands...LOL
