So This morning as i was drivng on this cold washington day i heard a big snap and a bunch of rattling noise i pulled it into the shop to find out my timing chain guides broke....Plastic guides of course so im just gunna end up buying a double row kit and a oil pump drive gear so that i dont have to change it for another 300,000 miles lolz....on the side note since i will pull the cylinder head off im just gunna go ahead and swap either a weber 32/38 or a holley 500...and just go ahead and bock off my EGR and stuff....Just sucks everytime i have the money for a new front end something always breaks or needs replacing. i just want it too look nice..Sucks butt....on the side note i got my speedo done and my dash done looks ten times better =)

Day Two of the timing chain replacement lolz....so i got the head off today took some patience but in the end it came off pretty easy...I decided to delete my air conditioner compressor just the fact i dont use air conditioning and a new compressor is WAY TOO much so where the compressor used to sit i will put a GM Alternator at....the timing cover came off pretty easy its just alot of work to change a chain lolz....

so my new set up will be a new Redline weber 32/36 carb... Enginbldr's double row timing kit, gasket set,and crawler camshaft...LCE Oil pump shaft (need it becuase im converting from a single row to double row)..Hooker Headers....=)

Don't waste your time with a crawler cam. If you want to make power you'll need to get something larger than anything Ted sells that's for sure! I had a crane 272 in my last hybrid and it wasn't too bad but you are on the west side so call up delta cam and have them grind you one to fit what you want to do. They'll be grinding me a 292 here in the next couple weeks.
